Moe has over fifteen years’ experience in the Human Services field with the objective of meeting human needs through an interdisciplinary knowledge base, focusing on prevention as well as remediation of problems, and maintaining a commitment to improving the overall quality of life of the serviced population.
He has served as a technical subject matter expert with Maryland’s Department of Human Resources Child Welfare system; specializing in promoting improved service delivery systems by addressing not only the quality of direct services, but also by seeking to improve accessibility, accountability, and coordination among professionals and agencies in service delivery for youth ages 14 to 21.
Moe has extensive experience in providing case management, substance abuse counseling, as well as assessing adults and youth in the private sector, through a government agency serving the general public and the criminal justice system.
Moe serves as a motivator, empowering clients through client-driven services. He has the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to assess, formulate, implement and modify individual strategies helping clients reach their goals.
