Jeanette De Jesus, BA, CBHCM, FARS, CFARS
Jeanette has over 13 years’ experience working with adults and children. She began her career as a Substance Abuse Counselor, working with dually diagnosed adults on an outpatient basis. She provided services including intake and assessment, individual and group counseling, drug screening and Case Management. Her clients included those referred by the Department of Corrections and Federal Prison upon their release.
Jeanette has also worked as a Behavioral Health Case Manager for children and adults with mental health or substance abuse issues in Volusia and adjacent counties. She conducted assessments, developed and reviewed service plans, linked clients and advocated on their behalf with area services, and supervised and trained other Case Managers.
Currently, Jeanette is a graduate student working on her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health. She speaks fluent Spanish, has a positive attitude and a sincere desire to help clients with their issues.
Jahilia Wilson-Grady, CCM
Jahilia has worked for 13 years as a Case Manager in the mental health, substance abuse and social service fields. She is a Certified Case Manager in the state of Florida, assessing client needs, linking them to appropriate services, and advocating for clients to ensure quality of care. Jahilia has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping clients to gain access to community services. She has extensive training in assessments, strength-based and goal-driven care planning for individuals of various socioeconomic backgrounds, gender, age, race and belief systems; she has also trained in substance abuse, co-occurring disorders and the effects of employment and housing on mental health issues. Jahilia is hard-working, self motivated and passionate about helping people set and realize their goals. She enjoys working with people and will do her best to help you.
