Dr. Rahman is double board certified as a Psychiatrist and Internist. He is currently licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and Texas. Dr. Rahman is certified to prescribe Suboxone treatment.

Dr. Scott Hollington, MD
A veteran with the rank of Major in the Air Force, Dr. Hollington has extensive experience in the medical field.  He has worked at both an addiction treatment a pain management clinic, where he became involved in the field of Addiction Medicine and Behavioral Health. Dr. Hollington is certified to provide Buprenorphine/Suboxone treatment and is licensed to practice in both Florida and Minnesota. He is Board eligible to become certified in Addiction Medicine and will be taking the test later this year.

Maria E. Masferrer, MD
Dr. Masferrer is our newest addition to APNS.  She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in behavioral health and substance abuse, having worked with both children and adults in outpatient and inpatient settings.  Her past experience includes serving as the Medical Director of both a children’s behavioral health and a case management agency; she has also provided psychiatric services for several local agencies.   Dr. Masferrer has also been involved with Circle of Friends, Inc. and a Helping Hand providing services for low-income individuals.  She won the Dr. Elmer Ernest Southland Award for Medical Writing in June 1987 and speaks fluent Spanish.
